We grow, harvest, and sell fresh produce and handmade farm goods directly to our local community. Our website allows customers to learn about our farm, place orders online, and stay connected to seasonal offerings and events.

2. Use of Our Website

By using our website, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when placing orders or signing up for updates

  • Use our site for lawful purposes only

  • Not engage in any activity that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the website or other users

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to our website at any time for violations of these Terms.

3. Online Orders and Payments

All online orders must be placed through our secure checkout system.

  • Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

  • Payment is due at the time of purchase.

  • Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.

We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as other approved payment methods shown at checkout.

If there’s an issue with processing your order or payment, we’ll contact you using the information you provide.

4. Product Availability and Quality

All of our products are seasonal and subject to availability. Because we’re a working farm, weather, harvest conditions, and natural variations can affect what’s available at any given time.

While we do our best to keep inventory accurate, we may need to substitute items of equal value or adjust orders as needed. If a substitution is necessary, we’ll notify you before fulfilling the order.

We stand behind the quality of our products and carefully inspect every item before it leaves the farm.

5. Refunds, Returns, and Replacements

Due to the perishable nature of our farm products, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or returns.

If you experience an issue with your order — such as missing or damaged items — please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We’ll review your concern and do our best to make it right.

6. Pickup and Delivery

We currently offer farm pickup and local delivery within designated areas.

  • Pickup times and delivery windows will be clearly stated during checkout.

  • Customers are responsible for collecting their orders on time.

  • Missed pickups or failed deliveries (due to an incorrect address or unavailability) are non-refundable.

7. CSA Memberships and Subscriptions

If you participate in our Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program or sign up for recurring orders:

  • Payments are used to plan and sustain our growing season.

  • CSA memberships are non-refundable once the season begins.

  • If you cannot pick up your box, you may send someone else in your place.

We will always communicate schedule changes or crop substitutions in advance whenever possible.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, photos, logos, graphics, and other materials — is the property of Homegrown Country Farm unless otherwise noted.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from our website without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

By using our website or purchasing our products, you agree that Homegrown Country Farm, its owners, and employees are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
