At Homegrown Country Farm, we take pride in offering our customers the freshest, highest-quality produce and handcrafted goods grown and prepared right here in Allentown, New Jersey. As a small, family-run farm, every item we sell is harvested, packed, and delivered with great care and attention to detail.
Because our products are perishable and seasonal, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed. This policy helps us reduce food waste, maintain product quality, and ensure fair pricing for all of our customers.
Order Accuracy and Quality Concerns
We take every possible step to ensure that your order is correct and that all items meet our standards for freshness and quality. If there is an issue with your order — such as missing items, damage during delivery, or concerns about product quality — please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
When reaching out, include your order number, a description of the issue, and, if possible, a photo of the affected items. This helps us address the concern quickly and fairly.
Once we review your message, our team will work with you to find the best resolution. In most cases, we’ll offer a replacement item, a credit toward a future purchase, or another fair solution — at our discretion.
Perishable and Seasonal Nature of Our Products
All of our farm products are grown, harvested, and packaged by hand. As a result, some variation in size, color, and appearance is completely natural and part of what makes our produce unique. Seasonal changes, weather conditions, and natural growth cycles can all affect availability and appearance.
We do not issue refunds based on these natural variations or changes in crop availability.
CSA Memberships and Subscription Orders
If you participate in our Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program or have a recurring farm box subscription, please note that your payment helps us plan and sustain the growing season. CSA and subscription payments are non-refundable once the season has begun.
If you are unable to pick up your box, you may arrange for a friend or family member to collect it on your behalf.
Missed Pickups or Delivery Attempts
For orders scheduled for farm pickup or local delivery, it is the customer’s responsibility to be available during the designated pickup or delivery window.

Missed pickups: Orders not collected during the scheduled timeframe cannot be refunded or replaced.

Delivery issues: If we cannot deliver due to an incorrect address or no one being available to receive the order, we’ll do our best to contact you — but refunds cannot be provided for failed deliveries.
